After receiving your initial inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to schedule an intake call to better understand your organization’s needs. This usually lasts 45 minutes, and is an opportunity for us to ask questions about the project and for you to clarify our approach and process. We’ll then prepare a written proposal for our work together based on what we have heard, and share it with your team for feedback and edits. When we’ve landed a proposed scope of work, we’ll move into contracting and making sure all the paperwork is signed. We’re then prepared to begin work!
